Telegram also known as the gram is a messaging service used globally. Alot of the old history surrounding the gitty, sverigram and a little of this site itself took place on telegram.
Despite most people saying otherwise telegram is basically just a glorified 'cord and is the coal that killed the gitty
Gittygram
The Gittygram started as a Telegram group where Mr. Z and Mr. A would discuss about SNCFA tech stuff about the site and how to improve on the site. As time went on, people started joining and eventually all of the Gitty users joined the Telegram. Since everyone was on one big group, it didn't matter to use the site anymore and eventually all the activity of the Gitty went to the Gittygram. In this group is where everybaldi would start bullying Mr. Z by giving him nicknames such as Mr. 'P and eventually mindbreaking him so much to the point of selling the site.
The Gittygram as good as it was for the users, it's a clear proof that 'gram groups in tiny splinters will KILL all activity in the site, and if you are making a new splinter never make a 'gram group. It's way more recommended to make a Telegram channel where you report on nu stuff and happenings on the site without giving the ability of the users to be able to contact each other on the channel.
