Noilyenne is a hostile refuge of Gigaliens that reside on the Gigamoon, but have outposts on Earth. Noilyenne is best known for having UFOs and using them to ravage and steal resources from Giptonas. It's theorized that characters like Nobaldi and N̴͇̽o̵̲̲̽p̷̖͔͆h̵͉̮͊o̸̡͠n̶͎̬̏̔o̶̺̗͂ come from Noilyenne and this could be one of the main reasons of their rampages around the Gigaworld
